  • No Phones, Cameras, Video or Audio Recording Devices of any kind are permitted in the museum during any flashlight experience. No exceptions.
  • Please be aware that the museum does contain strobe effects, fog, flickering lights and other effects.
  • Group entrances are limited to 8 guests at a time. If your party has more than 8 guests, you will need to be split into separate groups for entry.
  • No large bags, outside food or drink allowed in the building. We do NOT have a bag check.
  • We are a drug, alcohol and firearm free facility.
  • Guests will also be given a flashlight at the beginning of their experience and must return it at the end.
  • We reserve the right to deny entry or removal from the museum, without refund, if anyone is deemed a risk to others or the items within the museum due to substance intoxication, aggression, or violation of the rules.

  • All Guests Must Arrive No Less Than 10 Minutes Prior to Ticketed Entry Time to the designated entrance and check-in area. Entry to the museum is no longer guaranteed for late arrivals and no refunds, rescheduling or exchanges are permitted.
  • We are located at 259 Essex Street in Salem MA 01970 next to Blackcraft Cult.
  • We do not have or provide parking.
  • The entrance to the museum is in the back of the building via Barton Square. Please follow the signs upon arrival and do not attempt to enter via Essex Street.
  • The entrance is adjacent to a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful when entering and exiting the museum.
  • The 4,000 Square Foot Brick Building is the former Merchant-Warren Bank built in 1908.
